Rubidium and Crystal Oscillator Frequency Standards

Model 2960AR, 2960AX and 2965AR Disciplined Frequency Standards. The 2960AR (Data Sheet) has a rubidium timebase and provides two 10MHz and one 5MHz sine wave outputs. The 2960AX (Data Sheet) has a quartz crystal timebase and provides two 10MHz and one 5MHz sine wave outputs. The 2965AR (Data Sheet) has a rubidium timebase and provides one 10MHz, one 5MHz and one signal generator output. The signal generator output uses Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology and is programmable from 100Hz to 50MHz via an RS232 serial interface. All three models can be disciplined by a 1pps input signal and provide a 1pps output. The 1pps input is typically provided by the GPS Frequency output from a device like a smart GPS receiver or antenna. The Signal Generator uses Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology and is programmable from 100Hz to 50 MHz on the 2975AR and from 100Hz to 20 MHz on the 2975AX. Programming is done with the front panel controls or from an RS232 serial interface. The 2975AR and 2975AX can both be disciplined by a 1pps input signal and both provide a 1pps output. The 1pps input is typically provided by the GPS Frequency output from a device like a smart GPS receiver or antenna. Model 1450B Frequency Standard and Signal Generator

Model 1450B Rubidium Standard with Optional 30MHz DDS Signal Generator. The 1450B (Data Sheet) outputs can be configured as sine waves or square waves and can provide frequencies of 10MHz, 1MHz, 100kHz, 1pps or an optional signal generator output. The signal generator uses direct digital synthesizer (DDS) technology and is programmable from 100Hz to 30MHz. The 1450B also includes a 1pps input that can be used to discipline and automatically calibrate the 1450B. The 1pps input signal is typically obtained from an external device like a GPS frequency receiver/antenna.
