Model DDS9m 170MHz 4-Channel Signal Generator. The DDS9m (Data Sheet) generates four independent, phase synchronous sine wave output signals and is programmable in 0.1Hz steps from 0.1Hz to 171MHz. Programming is via an RS232 serial interface. Phase is 14-bit programmable and amplitude is 10-bit programmable. The DDS9m is accurate to 1.5ppm and requires 3.3 VDC power. A lower cost 2-Channel version, the DDS9m/02 (Data Sheet), is also available. SOF8_409 windows software (Software Manual) is available as an extra cost accessory. DDS9m Manual.

DDS8m
Model DDS8m 100MHz Signal Generator. The DDS8m (Data Sheet) generates cosine, sine and ACMOS/TTL outputs simultaneously and is programmable in 1µHz steps from 100Hz to 100MHz. It is also programmable for FSK and CHIRP outputs. The DDS8m is controlled by an RS232 serial or a byte parallel interface. Phase can be programmed with 14-bit resolution. The Frequency is accurate to 1ppm when using the on board TCXO timebase or you can use an external timebase. It requires 5 VDC power. Model DDS8p Frequency and Phase Agile 120 MHz Signal Generator. The DDS8p (Data Sheet) generates cosine, sine and ACMOS/TTL output signals. The frequency is programmable in 1µHz steps from 100Hz to 120MHz. The phase is 14-bit programmable. The DDS8p is controlled by a binary parallel interface that allows frequency and phase changes as fast as 600 nanoseconds. It is accurate to 1ppm and requires 5 VDC power, (DDS8p Manual).
Model LPO30 50MHz Locking Programmable Oscillator. The LPO30A (Data Sheet) is a sine wave generator that is user programmable in 1µHz steps from DC to 50MHz. It has an internal TCXO timebase that is lockable to an external sine wave or square wave signal. An evaluation board with AC adapter and SOF8-LPO software is available.
Model LPO400 400MHz Locking Programmable Oscillator. The LPO400A (Data Sheet) is a sine wave generator or an ECL clock generator that is user programmable from 200kHz to 400MHz with a resolution of 1Hz. It has an internal TCXO timebase that is lockable to an external sine wave or square wave signal. An evaluation board with AC adapter and SOF8-LPO400 software is available.
